Refunds will be accepted within 30 days. There are no restocking fees or charges for refunds. Please contact us via phone, email or in writing. Also, send the item/items back with tracking to eliminate refunds. The merchandise must be returned in the same condition for a valid refund.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless item defect is caused by manufacturer.

For packages returned to us as undeliverable as addressed, item fee will be reimbursed minus the shipping fee.
